HOW RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WORK

OMARJEE offers exchanges on new and unused orders made at  omarjee.mu only within 14 days from receipt of the item(s).

Returned products for size exchange must be new and unused with the original packaging.

RETURNS STEPS

  1. Contact us via whatsapp on +230 57120678 and send a photo of your order and the sizes you want to exchange with. We shall check availability of same for you. If sizes chosen not available, you will be able to choose any other models or we shall issue a voucher for you to be used on your next purchase.
  2. Pack Items in original box with original invoice
  3. You can either choose to get the exchange delivered with a delivery fees of Rs 150 or pick up the exchange in any Omarjee store.

If you choose to pick up your exchange in shop:

  1.  The exchange must be processed with the online department first via whatsapp on 57120678. No exchange can be done directly in shop.
  2. The shop assistant will call you as soon as your exchange reaches respective shop
  3. Client should bring the item to be exchanged in the original packaging with the invoice in shop

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • You may exchange your item for a different model or size, subject to availability.
  • If the new item is priced higher than your original purchase, you will need to pay the difference.
  • If the new item is priced lower, you will receive a voucher for the remaining amount.
  • Please note: No refunds are allowed under any circumstances.

     

  • If you do not wish to exchange your item for another model, you will be issued a voucher for the full amount paid.
  • A fixed exchange processing fee of Rs. 150 applies to all exchanges.

HOME DELIVERIES

Delivery time: 1-3 days depending on regions

During peak seasons (Black-Fridays, End of Year or Special Sales seasons) deliveries may take upto 5 workings days.

 

Note: No delivery is scheduled on Sundays and Public holidays

If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g. not present at the address, phone off, etc.), we will contact you for a pickup at a designated place. A second delivery attempt will incur an additional fee of Rs 150 incl. VAT.

DELIVERY TO RODRIGUES

Upon posting of the parcel, Omarjee Team will contact you via WhatsApp or email with a tracking number. You may track it directly with Mauritius Post.

LOCAL PICKUP AT OUR STORE

For the moment, no pickup is allowed at our stores until further notice
