HOW RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WORK
OMARJEE offers exchanges on new and unused orders made at omarjee.mu only within 14 days from receipt of the item(s).
Returned products for size exchange must be new and unused with the original packaging.
- Contact us via whatsapp on +230 57120678 and send a photo of your order and the sizes you want to exchange with. We shall check availability of same for you. If sizes chosen not available, you will be able to choose any other models or we shall issue a voucher for you to be used on your next purchase.
- Pack Items in original box with original invoice
- You can either choose to get the exchange delivered with a delivery fees of Rs 150 or pick up the exchange in any Omarjee store.
If you choose to pick up your exchange in shop:
i) The exchange must be processed with the online department first via whatsapp on 57120678. No exchange can be done directly in shop.
ii) The shop assistant will call you as soon as your exchange reaches respective shop
iii) Client should bring the item to be exchange in the original packaging with the invoice in shop
How long does an exchange take?
We want to get you the correct size as quickly as possible, we’ll ship out your exchange as soon as we receive your original item at our warehouse! How long is my exchange request good for?
You new product is held for up to 20 days from when you filled in the exchange form. Can I exchange for a different product?
We only offer exchanges on the same product in a different size available online at this time. Can I exchange my online order in an OMARJEE retail store?
For the moment this option is not available. We only offer exchanges for product purchase online by filling in the above form. Do not submit your online order in our physical in-store.
Free Delivery to applicable all over Mauritius for order over Rs 2,200. A fee of Rs 150 incl. VAT is applicable of order below Rs 2,200.
We operate on a same day delivery for orders and payment received before 10 am or else delivery will be done the following day except on Sundays and Public Holidays. We try our best effort to ensure that products are delivered on time. Please note that some delays may occur by factors outside of our control like bank transfer that can take up to 3 days.
In case a first delivery attempt was unsuccessful (Not Present at designated address, Phone Off or Does not pick up the phone etc), we shall contact you for pick up at a designated place. We can proceed with a second delivery and an additional delivery fee of Rs 150 incl. VAT will be applicable

Upon posting of the parcel, Omarjee Team will contact you via whatsapp or email and a tracking number will be given to you for tracking of the product directly with Mauritius Post.
